What are your support timings?

Our office and phone support are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM. Sunday is closed. You can send a WhatsApp message any time and we will reply in working hours.

How do I become an SPS MONEY partner?

Fill the partner form on our Partner Program page or message us on WhatsApp. Our team will explain the Retailer, Distributor and Master Distributor options and help you with KYC and ID activation.

My transaction failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

Do not repeat the transaction. Send us the transaction ID, date, amount and a screenshot on WhatsApp. We will check the status with the banking partner and update you. Reversals follow the rules of the respective bank.

Can I visit the office without an appointment?

Yes, you can walk in during working hours. For ID activation or device setup, a quick call before you come helps us keep a team member free for you.

In which languages can I get help?

Our team supports you in Hindi and English, on call, on WhatsApp and at the office.
